Carol is a native New Yorker, born in Brooklyn. She is a former publishing and public relations professional, with an MBA in International Relations. A nomadic spirit, with a love for different cultures, languages, and customs, she has travelled (and sometimes even lived) in more countries and cities than most, she enjoys a good adventure and trying something new, atleast once.
She has a passion for photography, food, travel, and her Irish/Scottish co-adventurer husband and their 3 boys. An adventurer at heart she’ll go anywhere, and taste and try anything, at least once, just for the thrill of the experience itself.
